Christopher Gold is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) and Board Certified music therapist (MT-BC) practicing in the state of New York.

Please give Gold Music Therapy, PLLC at least twenty-four (24) hours notice of any cancellations or rescheduling needs. Otherwise, unless deemed an emergency, you will be charged a $20 fee. The full fee will be charged for sessions cancelled without such notification.
Payment is due at the time of service.
